We warmly welcome you to our kura. Rangitaiki College is a school which has close ties to its community and engagement with Ngati Awa. Rangitaiki College has a history of academic achievement, producing NCEA results which have been consistently above national and equity comparisons over the majority of the last 10 years. We work closely with all of our students to identify their strengths and areas for improvement and design programmes to ensure that they meet their goals.

Our size is a huge advantage – every student matters at Rangitaiki College! Each student is surrounded by teachers and support staff at a ratio that other schools would struggle to match. This means that our akōnga are nurtured and guided by a team of people who know them well and who genuinely care about their success.

We are lucky to have been one of the few schools across the country to have their building project reviewed and confirmed as a complete rebuild which will see our kura become a modern, innovative and exciting learning environment. Great things are ahead –we hope that you and your rangatahi will join us on our journey!
